Returns and refunds

100 days money-back guarantee. We stand behind our lash and brow serums. If you're not seeing results after using the serums as directed, contact us within 100 days. We'll first be happy to help you get the most out of it, and if that doesn't work, we'll of course issue a full refund.

Changed your mind? If you'd like to return an unopened product, you can do so as long as it's in its original packaging with any seals intact. Email post@iglow.me with your order number and we'll send you the return details.

How it works. 1) Email post@iglow.me with your order number (add photos if the item arrived damaged). 2) We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. 3) Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund to the original payment method. 4) You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.

Return shipping costs are not refunded in addition to the refund for the products. Rules for returning liquid products vary from country to country, so email us and we'll help you return it from yours.
